The participation fee for the workshop is 70 EUR. This fee covers the meeting facilities, lunch and coffee breaks cost.
Social event:
A social event and dinner will take place on the evening of Wednesday 20 June at Aalborg's microbrewery; the cost for participating is 90 EUR and includes a guided tour of the brewery finishing with a beer tasting, dinner, drinks, live music and entertainment.
Accomodation:
As most participants will already be attending the European ITS Congress, no special room rate has been arranged with the Hvide Hus Hotel. You may contact the hotel directly to check availabilities. Room and contact information can be found on the Hotel website.
