The legal aspects of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) have been extensively investigated in the past. However the investigation of legal aspects of future European cooperative intelligent road transport systems based on vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure communications just has started by means of several R&D projects. The Workshop aims to address everyone interested in the current German and European situation and potential future frame conditions.
